The Bible teaches that before Christ returns Satan and his fallen angels will be placed back on this earth. Satan in his greatest role ever as the antichrist or more accurately translated, the instead of Christ, will be trying to convince the world that he is the true Christ returned. He will come in peacefully and gain control through the political power of a ten nation union which will seize control of the world during a time of global unrest. He has supernatural powers which he and his fallen angels will utilize to persuade the world that his brand of “Christianity” is the true church. He will vigorously go about putting together his universal apostate church of the end times and attempt to convince all of us to join. This is to be a time when truth will become lies, and lies will become truth, and many will believe and worship the false Christ rather than wait for the one true Christ. The secular world will have little hope of resisting but the sad reality is that many Christians who should know better will also bow down at the feet of the evil one because of deception.

This short, but dangerously intense, time ahead when Satan is given free reign on the earth to do as he pleases places every human being walking the earth at that time in spiritual jeopardy. For the last 2000 years it hasn’t mattered that much, and the church has become complacent. But time is now short and there is an urgency for the church to place more emphasis on the Second Coming of our Lord. If the church doesn’t step forward soon, then many will be deceived. Jesus stated in Mt24 that there has never been a time like it before and never will be again. He also stated that if that time wasn’t shortened then no one would be saved. He was so concerned for us that He warned all generations to be prepared because no one knows the “hour” except God Himself. The time of preparation is now.

This book of poems has been given to us by the Holy Spirit, for those who will hear it, yet in it is nothing new. This book of poems is a summary of the gospel and the prophets yet written in a format different from the Word of God. Because so few people are reading the Bible with understanding, these poems may be for some a last resort. The contents of this book will provide the reader with enough knowledege to refuse the "mark of the beast" when the time comes. Remember the parable of the ten virgins where five had oil for their lamps and five did not. The five who had oil were prepared. This book of poems can be considered to be symbolic oil for your lamps to hopefully light your way when the warning is given that the bridegroom cometh.
